Structure & Materials
Custom corflute sheets are produced through an extrusion process using polypropylene resin, forming a twin-wall hollow structure with internal ribs.
This structure provides a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent rigidity, and impact resistance while maintaining lightweight performance. The material is chemically stable, waterproof, and resistant to oils and solvents, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
